Privacy Policy

Circuit 7 is built to be private by design. It has no accounts, no servers, and no analytics. We do not collect any personal data — full stop.

The short version

Circuit 7 runs entirely on your device. There is no backend, no sign-in, and no tracking. We, the developer, never see your workouts, your health data, or any identifying information. Nothing you do in the app is transmitted to us.

Data we collect

None. Circuit 7 does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. The app contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party trackers.

Data the app stores on your device

To do its job, the app saves the following locally on your device only:

Workout history — the circuits you complete, including dates, durations, rounds, and (on Apple Watch) heart-rate summaries. Stored on-device in the app's local database.
App settings — small preference flags, such as whether you've acknowledged the disclaimer.

This information never leaves your device through Circuit 7. Deleting the app removes it. If you use iCloud device backups, this on-device data may be included in your own encrypted Apple backup, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, not ours.

Apple Health (HealthKit)

If you grant permission, Circuit 7 writes your completed workouts (and, from the Apple Watch, active energy and heart rate) to Apple Health so they count toward your activity. This data is handled entirely by Apple's HealthKit on your device. We do not have access to your Health data, and Circuit 7 never reads it for analysis or transmits it anywhere. You can revoke Health permissions at any time in Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Circuit 7. Health data accessed through HealthKit is never used for advertising or marketing and is never sold.

Purchases

Premium is sold through Apple's App Store using Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple processes the transaction and your entitlement; Circuit 7 validates your purchase on-device and receives no payment details or personal information about you. Purchases are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children's privacy

Circuit 7 does not collect data from anyone, including children. The app is rated for general audiences and contains no data collection.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and post the revised version here. Material changes will be reflected in an app update where appropriate.
