By downloading or using Circuit 7, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

License

Circuit 7 is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA), which is incorporated here by reference. In the event of a conflict, the Apple Standard EULA governs the license to use the app.

Health & safety disclaimer

Circuit 7 is a workout timer and fitness aid, not medical advice. Exercise carries inherent risks. Consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise program, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You are solely responsible for exercising safely and within your ability. The developer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app.

Premium and subscriptions

Circuit 7 offers an optional Premium upgrade as either a one-time lifetime purchase or an auto-renewing monthly subscription, sold through the Apple App Store.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app except as permitted by law or the Apple Standard EULA.

No affiliation

Circuit 7 is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Fitness Campaign or The Fitness Court®. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
